Just completed Jillian Michaels: 6 week Six-Pack workout and it was killer! If you are like me and set a New Year's resolution to be healthy and shed some unwanted pounds, then this is a workout i recommend. It is high intensity, and has some great unexpected moves to help sculpt and tone your body.
