Breakfast Bran-Muffins Recipe
On rainy days like yesterday, my favorite thing to do is bake. So after church i spent the day in the kitchen baking with my mom. One of the delicious goodies that we made were these super tasty bran muffins. We enjoyed a few last night and reheated some this morning with some fruit and orange juice for a perfect sunny--day breakfast on the patio.  

Bran Muffins

(Bake @ 375-400 degrees for 20 min.)

4 cups- Kelloggs “All-Bran” flakes
2 cups- Nabisco 100% Bran
1 cup- vegetable oil
Pour two cups of boiling water over the above.
2 ½ cups- sugar
        1 quart- buttermilk
        4 beaten eggs
Sift & add:
5 cups- flour
        5 tsp. - baking soda

        2 tsp. - salt
